FABRIC MEASUREMENT
Measurement of fabric will not be the same and it varies depends on Design/Fabric/ Concept/ Manufacturer. Most of top, bottom and dupatta measurement will start from 2 and goes up to 2.5 meters. So up to XL size all our fabrics will fit. If you have measurement constraints, please check with us through WhatsApp(+91 96291 24417) prior to booking.
Upon successful payment transaction, we mostly ship your order on the same or next working day. It will take 2-3 days within Tamilnadu and 3-7 working days for the rest of India to reach, once shipped. During festival season and corona period, please expect delays as courier companies operate with minimum capacity and due to covid restrictions…
IF YOU ARE EXPECTING THE SUITS TO ARRIVE EARLY, PLEASE CHECK WITH US FOR OPTIONS, EVEN BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
