Delivery charges

We offer free shipping all over India irrespective of the price or quantity of the product that has to be delivered. These Shipment charges exclude all the taxes, COD charges, redeem codes and coupons. You can check the tax, COD charges in your cart.

National and International Delivery Details

We will deliver your product at your preferred location with the reputed courier service. Usually for most of the metros and cities delivery time will be 3-5 days for other areas product will be shipped through Postal service it may take 2-10 days according to the locations. Other cities outside India it might take 1-2 weeks from the time of dispatch. While placing an order you can find an estimated date of delivery.

Sometimes your product might get delayed due to some inevitable reason in shipment where Ekviraz Hues are not responsible for the delay. However, we try to contact the customers to co-operate as Ekviraz Hues constantly attempts to prevent such cases from happening.

Order Tracking

Track ID is provided by our logistic carrier. You can track the product through the shipment provider website or you can log in to your Ekviraz Hues account and under my order section, you can track all the orders.

Unsuccessful delivery

If you missed out the delivery our carrier partner will attempt to deliver your product twice if not the product will be returned back to the warehouse and the amount will be reimbursed to your bank or Ekviraz Hues account.

We are not responsible for the wrong address or contact information given from customer end and customer should bare the return delivery charge.

Backorders

However, when the ordered item goes back to order we will ship the product which is in inventory. We will send the remainder of your order when it is available without any hidden charges.

Cancelation

In some rare cases your product gets longer than the estimated delivery time or products are untraceable. Ekviraz Hues has full right to cancel the product and refund the paid amount to your bank or Ekviraz Hues account.

Changes in the Delivery address

You can only change your delivery address before shipment or if the order is in pending status. If not, we strive to be as flexible as we can to deliver your product fast.

Taxes & Duties

If the delivery location is within India, price will be displayed inclusive of all taxes.  Suppose your delivery location is outside India product price which is displayed is exclusive of import taxes. As the recipient, you have to pay the additional import taxes demanded by the country you are located.
