Our products are always packed with love and care so that the products that reach you are completely safe and not used before. Our aim is to provide you with products that are genuine and 100% satisfy the customers. However, due to some certain such as damaged products or wrong products delivered we offer an easy return and Exchange policy.

Refund and Replacement

In case of any event that your products are delivered in damaged condition or a different product from what you ordered; you can return the products within 2 days from the date of delivery. While returning, keep in mind the product that is used, washed, and missing of the original tag is not returnable. Make sure that you sent the returned product along with all the freebies, original packing, and a copy of the invoice.

No return and cancelation is accepted besides the above-mentioned reason. Therefore, please ensure the product size, color, and materials before booking the products.

Before returning ensure you are sending the correct product and they are properly packed. EkvirazHues are not responsible for the damage or loss of the incorrect product while in a transaction.

The entire product which is purchased in “group offer” should be refunded as well like buy 1 gets 2 free, or buy 1 get 1 free. All products related to the offer should be sent along with the returned item.

Also to be aware that items can’t be returned with the fact that they do not exactly look like a picture or the material used looks different than what you see in the picture. Pictures are digital and taken using high-standard photography techniques such that the actual product may differ in some cases from what you see in the picture. There might be variations in Brightness.

Also, products with Block prints, Kalamkaris will have stains, misprints, overlapped prints and these happen as they are handmade and cannot be considered as Damage.

Return Process

Although we make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed by any chance you found an issue or defective product don’t worry we are happy to help. You can initiate a return request by mailing us at [email protected] with your Order ID and a clear description of returning the product with a photo attached to start the refund procedure.

Here are the procedures to initiate a return request

  • To initiate a return request, mail us at [email protected] with your Order ID and a clear description of returning the product with a photo attached.
  • Once we review the return request a confirmation mail will be sent from our end
  • After receiving the confirmation mail. Return the original product through India post or DTDC courier

Refund

  • Once the product is received from our side, it goes through a quality check to make sure the product is not used or damaged.
  • When the product passes the quality test your refund process will be initiated
  • We will refund the amount within 5-7 working days in your Ekviraz Hues account or preferred bank account

Refund through Digital wallet Payment method

In the case, Digital wallet payment methods like Paytm, Phonepe the refunded amount will be transferred to the original mode of payment or to your EkvirazHues account.
